You Heard It On Periscope
Tools, services and products you’ve heard me talk about on Periscope.
LeadPages is an email marketing tool designed to help you capture email leads (which is totally what you want as an online marketer) in a quick and fashionable manner. There are four core features of LeadPages (descriptions taken from their website below) that are aimed at helping you integrate their lead capture software quickly and easily with your email campaign software (I use MailChimp) and your website, WordPress or not.
There are many other choices you make when choosing an email lead capture tool. I originally chose a much less expensive competitor. I quickly asked for a refund because it took too much time and slowed down my WordPress website. I bough LeadPages ($1000 during my first four months of launching my business, a big expense) and have not looked back. I will be renewing every year.

It’s frustrating when you want to get a feel for a product before you purchase but the website videos don’t actually show you the software in action! Watch me demonstrate LeadPages, LeadBoxes, LeadLinks, LeadDigits and Analytics.
There’s no telling how hard you’ve worked on your copy. It’s one of the things that has slowed you down in launching your website or email marketing strategy because writing good copy takes time. You write and write and write and basically come to the point of feeling good-enough about where you’ve landed. Blissboost is the writing mastermind workshop that will build a new frame of mind for you to work out of when writing copy for your website, social media profiles or for clients.
For those who use self-hosted WordPress, there is a plugin which allows you to control every aspect of how your content appears on each social network. Social Warfare is a plugin that is designed with YOUR BRAND in mind. No longer will visitors share your content and have to choose between your giant profile picture or your tiny logo, but they will be served an image built specifically for sharing on social.
While you can find all sorts of free social sharing plugins there are many downsides to using them. First most don’t come complete with brand control, allowing social networks or users to dictate which image and text is shared rather than you setting that information. Second, free plugins lack support and often times cause conflicts with other plugins you’re using. A premium plugin like Social Warfare gives me an all-in-one social solution with the certainty of knowing it will be maintained and updated for security, functionality and web browser upgrades.
Free is overrated – Social Warfare is not.
