Wannabe Leaders vs Real Leaders
Often what separates wannabe leaders from those who truly pursue becoming real-life influencers is self-discipline. Self-discipline is a very difficult virtue to master when developing into the lifestyle of a leader.

When I am consistently disciplined with investing in personal growth, family relationships and understanding work environment dynamics, my level of influence increases. When I become lazy and let any one of those three fall out of priority, my leadership suffers.
No matter whether you have been given a place of leadership or if you are seeking your niche, live a life of consistency… live the life of a leader. Do not wait for people to say, “Okay, now you’re a leader.” Start living as a leader. Pursue personal growth through books, podcasts and time with leaders in your life that allows their encouragement and investment to inspire you to become an encourager and investor in other people.
Consistent Self-Discipline
Make personal development, family relationships and understanding work environment dynamics a priority. Develop the character traits of consistency and self-discipline. As you begin to understand core leadership principles through your development, you will see a harvest of those ready to be influenced develop right before your eyes. Your training will leave you prepared to realize the influence others are eager to receive from you.
Do you agree that consistency and self-discipline are the defining factors between wannabe leaders and real leaders?
The site looks great Dave.
